2024 Registration

When does registration begin?

  • Registration will open Saturday, February 10th at 11:00 EST. The link to registration can be found here.

How does the waitlist work for this rally?

  • Please join the waitlist for this rally using this link. A large factor that goes into spots coming available is rig length. Join the waitlist, and we will be in touch if a spot opens that can fit your rig. There are a very limited number of premium sites.

What do I need to register for the rally?

  • You will need your credit card for payment.
  • You will need to know the year, Brand, and Model, & length of your RV. An example would be “2016 Solitude 375RE”
  • You will need to know the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) for your RV. This is used to verify that you are a valid Grand Design owner
  • You will be asked about any guests you might have with you – Your ticket includes 2 adults and minor children ages 12 & under. If you have children ages 13+ or additional adults, you will need to purchase tickets for the additional guests.
  • You will be asked if you have any allergies, and for emergency contact information. This is purely for safety reasons.
  • You will be asked what day you are arriving and departing.
  • You will have the opportunity to indicate whether you would like to help volunteer for different activities.
  • You will be asked if you would like to request a golf cart. You will not be charged for the golf cart at this time.

Note: Sun Outdoors has a 3 night minimum stay. You must pay for three nights if attending this event.

What is the cost to attend?

  • Rally tickets are $130. Your ticket includes 2 adults and minor children ages 12 & under. If you have children ages 13+ or additional adults, you will need to purchase tickets for the additional guests.
